HRZL-TC/D diesel engine horizontal multistage pump is a single-stage multistage segmented centrifugal pump. It has advanced and reasonable structural design, and has the advantages of high pump efficiency, good cavitation resistance, low vibration, stable and reliable operation, and long service life.
It is suitable for conveying clean water below 80℃, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is an ideal equipment for mine drainage and is also very useful in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, factory and urban water supply and drainage. The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. When viewed from the prime mover end, the pump rotates clockwise.

Optimized flow components: Impellers, guide vanes and other components are designed using CFD flow field analysis technology to achieve high efficiency.
Reliable sealing: Static seals between sections use metal face + "O" ring double seals. Pump shaft seals employ high-performance ramie packing or mechanical seals for reliability.
Enhanced rotor performance: The rotor is statically and dynamically balanced to minimize vibration and ensure stable operation with low vibration.
Durable bearing design: The bearing features a sleeve-type installation structure with an enlarged design, enabling easy disassembly, strong load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
Strong shaft material: The shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel and has undergone multiple heat treatment processes, which has high rigidity and stability.
Reliable impeller positioning: The unique shaft shoulder positioning structure ensures reliable impeller positioning and improves operational safety.
