Designed for the most demanding oil, gas, petrochemical and power generation applications, the API 610 BB5 barrel pump features a double-casing structure and multi-stage hydraulic design to handle extreme pressure, high temperature, large flow and high head requirements. With excellent mechanical reliability and long-term continuous operation capability, it is widely used for critical services such as hydrocracker feed, reactor feed, water injection and boiler feed systems where safety, stability and performance are essential.
With seal variants available rated for temperatures from -30 °C to +140 °C, these standardized centrifugal pumps can handle a huge variety of media, ranging from water (including acidic and alkaline solutions), alcohol, and vegetable oils to petroleum products and condensates, liquid CO2 and LPG. A new addition to the product range is the tri-clamp coupling, the connection of choice for pharmaceutical and hygienic food and beverage applications.
