Daily maintenance (regular work) is the responsibility of the operation duty personnel and maintenance personnel of the management unit. Regular maintenance (phased work) is the responsibility of the maintenance personnel of the maintenance unit. Daily maintenance is a regular work. Inspection and maintenance should be carried out every shift except for special regulations. Under normal circumstances, the suspension pump is disassembled and repaired once a year. When the water output is reduced or the vibration is large, and there is an abnormal sound, it must be disassembled and repaired in time. Maintenance standards: follow the requirements of the equipment manufacturer, and follow this specification standard if there is no requirement. During operation, it is necessary to observe whether the instrument readings and the vibration and sound of the pump are normal. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be handled in time; measure the static and dynamic water levels of the well depth every quarter, and the first-stage impeller must be immersed 3~5m below the dynamic water level. Disassemble the motor and water pump; clean the parts, remove rust, and check the wear of the parts. If there is no problem, you can reassemble the water pump and motor after applying anti-rust paint and continue to use it. If the parts are damaged or severely worn, you need to overhaul, repair or replace the parts, and then reassemble the water pump and motor.
